Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery is an important part of every academic library. We borrow items for our patrons that we don't own from other libraries- and conversely lend to libraries who need what we have.

What if we started to use PDF delivery instead of photocopies for articles?

We have a couple of options for sending articles electronically--email and Odyssey. Email should be fairly easy to implement; Odyssey will require tech support to get us up and running. It's definitely time to look at moving forward with this! : )
