I think an incentive for printing less is a great idea. Maybe a cache of selections, like picking out prizes at the arcade. Jump drives, pens or accessories. Some people aren't going to care no matter what, but some people will have fun earning prizes.

"I wonder if they have any left that the Library could use." That's interesting- even if they don't have any left, we could inquire as to the cost of buying so many in bulk. If I recall, they didn't have a ton of storage space, but the fact that we're rewarding good behavior may overshadow that.
