Over in another thread we're talking about switching to electronic delivery in our ILL/DD office. This will save paper as well as save time.The question is how do we advertise this? We need to think of ways to promote what we're doing. Here at NSU we've switched to a committee-run system, and there is a PR committee. Should we create a sort of "packet" of the ideas we're doing and turn it into the committee? Do you find this valuable?

maybe a packet as you suggested and a quick presentation on the main website, or even a link to a YouTube explanation video.

We could get technical about it- not only with this wiki but with other web based demonstrations as well. A You Tube demonstration would definitely be something worth looking in to.
